Sharing with two roommates has never been better than it is here. With 760 square feet of space, the plan features one bedroom that opens off the living room and two additional sleeping spaces that share a short hallway on the other side of the common space.

The floor plan’s kitchen and bath, with tile flooring, are convenient and well-outfitted with modern fixtures and appliances. Large windows allow natural light to flood the bedrooms and living room, and the simple floor plan maximizes the usefulness and function of each area.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, electric range and cooktop, microwave oven, and plenty of counter space and cabinet storage available. There’s also a petite dining table that can double as a game table. The living room is furnished with a comfortable, easy-care sofa and additional seating that invites spirited conversation or encourages lounging in front of the TV for a favorite show.

Bedrooms include twin-size beds, large study desks and chairs, and four-drawer dressers. Simply bring your clothes, family photos, and treasured personal belongings and move into the kind of college experience you’ve dreamed of. It doesn’t get much better than this!

Yes – we have a great maintenance team to address your needs. Have an issue after-hours, we have an on-call team ready to assist.

Yes – UIUC requires all PCH residents to obtain a meal plan that offers at least 10 meals per week. We also offer vegan and vegetarian options for each meal – breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Yes! Contact our office directly for assistance with setting up Financial Aid Deferment.

Yes – each applicant completes their own application and lease and is responsible for his/her own rental installments.
