At Illini Tower, even though there are onsite dining halls, the ability to “cook at home” is one of the prime advantages of off-campus housing. There’s just something about homemade meals, right? Your kitchen, with a full-size refrigerator, electric range, and microwave oven, makes everything from gourmet Sunday brunch to late-night ice cream sundaes — and anything else in the way of snacks and comfort food — possible whenever you want.

Fully-furnished bedrooms include Twin XL beds, four-drawer dressers, desks, and chairs. The common area has stylish, coordinated, easy-care living room seating, occasional tables, and a dining table and chairs.

Yes – we have a great maintenance team to address your needs. Have an issue after-hours, we have an on-call team ready to assist.

Yes – UIUC requires all PCH residents to obtain a meal plan that offers at least 10 meals per week. We also offer vegan and vegetarian options for each meal – breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Yes! Contact our office directly for assistance with setting up Financial Aid Deferment.

Yes – each applicant completes their own application and lease and is responsible for his/her own rental installments.
