There’s no extra charge for residents of your unique college community to stay in shape! Work in a morning workout before class, schedule social “machine time” with roommates or friends, or clear your mind with a few solitary stretches before hitting the sack. We leave it up to you to choose the best way to become your best self!

When all you want to do is spend an afternoon or an evening away from the books, there are plenty of options without leaving the complex. Chill with a favorite movie in our comfortable on-site Flix Theater. Relax in sink-in comfort and become immersed in the story! As a more active alternative, gather up a group and head for the game room. Perfect your bank shots on our pool tables round up players for dominoes, gin rummy, or Monopoly. Or save those fortunes from a take-out Chinese dinner for a game of hilarious charades. Relax and unwind – that’s the name of the game.

In addition to the kitchen facilities in your apartment, our luxury college apartment complex has dining halls open for meals seven days a week. And we allow each resident to choose the plan that suits them best. We serve well-balanced, nutritious meals and vegetarian and vegan options for those who prefer alternative fare. With options to take as few as ten meals a week in the dining hall – for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – you still can exercise your inner chef in your apartment kitchen whenever the mood strikes. Each floor plan is tastefully furnished, with pieces that are chosen for style and good looks, comfort, and durability. Our interior decor is simple and tasteful, chosen for flexible appeal and easy maintenance. Bedrooms typically have an extra-long twin bed, dresser storage, and a desk and chair, although some floor plans are available with full-size beds. Spacious common areas in suites include a sofa plus additional seating, a coffee table, and side tables. Residents are free to bring art and accent pieces to personalize their individual spaces.

Every floor plan at Illini Tower has a kitchen or, at minimum, a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, and a refrigerator. Illini Tower is unique with these features for PCH-approved housing at UIUC. Stock up on juice, milk, and eggs for hearty breakfasts or fill the freezer with “quick-fix” frozen foods and keep the fridge full of sodas for late-night study sessions. The building also features dining facilities and a choice of meal plans, so having your own cooking facilities is a bonus! On lazy days, when the urge to experiment in the kitchen is irresistible, pick out recipes and plan a feast! Our furnished suites include a dining table and chairs, so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal with your roommates or invite guests over anytime you, please. And, of course, the kitchen is a perfect place to hang out when you’re cramming for finals and just have to order pizza delivery!

Each of the studios and suites at Illini Tower has a large private bathroom equipped with modern plumbing and upscale fixtures and faucets. Larger floor plans have dual vanities, in addition to large walk-in showers, and the spacious grooming areas feature ample storage for personal items. Baths are conveniently located so that privacy is assured, and are accessible from the common space in each floor plan rather than through a sleeping space.
