We offer a variety of healthy meals, including vegetarian and vegan options. Take as few as ten meals a week in the dining hall – breakfast, lunch, or dinner – and you can still exercise your inner chef in your kitchen whenever the mood strikes.

Frequently asked questions
Yes – all utilities are included at Illini Tower. Electric, heat, water, internet, sewer, and garbage are all included in your installments. We do not have “caps” or usage allowances.
A guarantor acts as a co-signer and financial supporter of the lease contract. This person will need to meet the income and credit requirements from the qualifications above to be approved.
Yes – UIUC requires all PCH residents to obtain a meal plan that offers at least 10 meals per week. We also offer vegan and vegetarian options for each meal – breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In order to guarantee your bed space, we will need a signed lease agreement. Leases are generated once your application is complete, and your screening has been approved.
Yes – each applicant completes their own application and lease and is responsible for his/her own rental installments.
