We offer a variety of housing options, from studio to four-bedrooms furnished floor plans for your student and his or her roommates. We also offer a roommate matching program that pairs future residents with others that have similar social or academic interests.

Frequently asked questions
Yes – all utilities are included at Illini Tower. Electric, heat, water, internet, sewer, and garbage are all included in your installments. We do not have “caps” or usage allowances.
A guarantor acts as a co-signer and financial supporter of the lease contract. This person will need to meet the income and credit requirements from the qualifications above to be approved.
Yes – UIUC requires all PCH residents to obtain a meal plan that offers at least 10 meals per week. We also offer vegan and vegetarian options for each meal – breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In order to guarantee your bed space, we will need a signed lease agreement. Leases are generated once your application is complete, and your screening has been approved.
Yes – each applicant completes their own application and lease and is responsible for his/her own rental installments.
